Porcelain Insulators

It is used to carry the electrical energy on the metal line placed on top of each other or parallel to each other with porcelain insulators. Porcelain insulators are the most commonly used type for high voltage power lines. These insulators prevent the formation of electric arcs and make the operation of power lines smooth. In addition, porcelain insulators are resistant to weather conditions that affect the operation of power lines and have a long service life. Therefore, porcelain insulators are widely used in power stations, power lines and power plants.

 

Porcelain insulators are produced from porcelain material. Porcelain is ideal for use in electrical systems, as it is resistant to high temperatures, high voltage and chemicals. In addition, porcelain insulators are highly mechanical and scratch resistant.

Porcelain insulators have a wide range of uses in electrical systems.

It is a high performance isolator group used in transmission and distribution lines from 1 kV to 420 kV.

The tests of the overhead line porcelain insulators that we produce in line with the customer's special requests together with ANSI and IEC standards are carried out according to the relevant standards in our High Voltage Test Laboratory accredited by ISO IEC 17025.

External and Internal class post insulators are used in switchyards, compensation panels, disconnectors of transmission and distribution lines.

This isolator assembly is designed to provide support for bending and torsional loads. Puncture-proof type insulators are designed not only to meet basic mechanical and electrical properties, but also to effectively meet loads caused by short circuit, seismic, wind, thermal, ice and other dynamic loads.

Transformer Insulators

Transformer bushing insulators are in the hollow insulator class and are a type of bushing used to separate two different environments from each other.

Bushing insulators are insulators used at the entrance of a conductor into the transformer tank and isolating the conductor against the tank.

The conductor passing through the insulator is carried with the rod set, it is generally used in transformers, and it can also be used to isolate current-carrying conductors passing through walls and building or building coverings.
